It had been many months since Zantonith made any movements or alerted any to his plans. The notes collected as well as strategies had all paid off. With a deep satisfaction he grinned as he went to sleep. The dreams that night and many nights over was the dawning of his new empire. Zantonith was now near his goal.

Word had came to his dark lands of the fued between the wood elves and the legendary Drow clans. The elves bitter toward each other for one reason or another hastily tried to reign supreme. The words and deeds of this fued gladdened Zantonith for he used this as a means to purge the land of their existance. He sent out his scouts to observe the lands now filled with bloodshed.

Of all these things he knew could end anytime and to ensure its continuing effort cloned drow and wood elves alike to send false news to their enemies. As the deception gained momentium so did the war. The clones were seen in many unspeakable acts. These atricities would not continue as long as blood still flows in the land. This was said by both sides and only strived them to complete the objective.

The war had depleted all sides of their resources, troops, and morale. Supply lines were thin and broken. The once rich lands were becomming sick from war. The grass that once was green was now trotted and filled with memories of the fallen. The waters had become like bogs carrying disease and death at every turn. Of all these things done none was more pleased than the evil sorcerer.

The lands one night filled with a great fog. The chill in the air went to the souls of the people. They became afraid yet unmoving. As the fog creeped its way from house to house it made its way toward the castle. Seeming to get thicker the fog pushed ever forward deeper in the heart of the castle. It was swift and unyielding many had no clue what to make of it.

Zantonith had at last made a move. With the fog in place and the land stripped of its protective magic set in motion phase one of Purgetory Unbound. The fog now began to change from a grey o a dull green any and all those in its wake fell into a deep sleep. It so happened that only the guards who were put to death by the sinister cloud. As the cloud subsided an army appeared outside the very gates of the elven Lords and Ladys.

The elves were rounded up by the soldiers and carried away to the prison to be locked away until the captors needed them for questioning. The High Elven were taken to another place to be held under the watchful eyes of Zantonith's personal guards. The land was now captured and Zantonith wanted to be sure it stayed that way. To ensure its safety a great barrier was placed many miles from the castle and elementals posted at every corner to ward off intruders.

On the other side of the world another great event was to unfold. The Dragoness durring one of her flights saw trouble in the horizen. Deeming to help when necessary she swooped down in all her majesty. Before she could react a great net had caught her and dragged her feriously to the ground. Plowing hard to the world below she fell dizzy then uncouscious only to wake up in a strange new place.
